About Me

I have an absolute passion for real estate. You  never know it all and there are always new and creative ideas that can be applied for growth.  Of course this happens when you push fear aside and go outside your boundaries.

Aside from selling fixer uppers, I love selling turn key properties at a discount to investors for equity and cash flow. I have assisted many throughout the years build an impressive real estate portfolio. What I get most from it, is knowing that I have made a difference on each block, one house at a time. There is nothing better seeing a home remodeled and put back on the tax rolls, but most of all providing good housing for a family and turning a block around.

I am a co-owner of Lifeworks Management Group, LLC. For the last five years, our real estate investment company has acquired numerous bank foreclosures throughout various cities in the U.S.

The company has been conducting on-line sales since 2003 (visit our site @ www.lmgrei.com), and has built a sizable database of real estate investors. Although most of our clientele are U.S. investors, we also have many Overseas investors. I wish to build partnerships with other companies  and individuals domestically and abroad.

We research markets with high rental demand, quality homes, and good equity.  Currently we are actively working in Dayton OH, Pittsburgh, PA, some parts of Indiana, Atlanta, GA. Soon we will venture to Memphis Tennessee. We average selling 40-50 homes per year and always looking for more growth as we have a sizable database of investors.

I look forward to learning much from everyone and also helping out with any questions that can assist investors in taking it to the next level. I strongly believe that no one can go it alone and building teams and partnerships enrich all involved.
