Soooooo it's been 10 mos since my last entry back in November...hmmm...some might think it's because I've been slacking off...but no no I've gotten quite a bit accomplished in the that time.
I attended a wholesaling boot camp in February here in Maryland- I studied for and got my real estate license from March to June - and completed a unique real estate apprenticeship program with DCREIA at the same time. Whew! I've also established my own mastermind group.
In addition to that, I've survived about 3 rounds of layoffs and so I'm blessed. But it just goes to show... continue reading >>

What a time to be in real estate investing! No matter where you are starting you have such an opportunity to really make a difference in your life, and the lives that you touch.
I've "seriously" been on the RE investing journey for about 1 1/2 years.
