Ive been out of the investing world for awhile just exploring other options... ask me why i thought there were tons of other ways to make as much money doing something i enjoyed besides REI...dont know where that came from im back and ready to network with any and everyone who would like to partner up or just network about deals in south carolina.... im all ears cant wait to hear from you guys

no ones seems toh ave asignment of contract forms i've called realtors and attorny offices im not sure what to do now i have a property i want to put under contract and assign to an investor but this is holding me back

my seller is asking for a $1000 deposit upon signing purchase contract...i was told that i shouldnt pay more than $50 incase title isnt clear im not sure what to do.
should i just tell him to add it to the purchase price and have my investor finance the deal since i cant pullout 1000 cash  or what? i need some advice please

theres alot of properties in SC and not so many investors in my area so its kind of hard to reach them and network i dont know if theyre just not looking for anyone like mself or what but i've only been able to contact one im just lookig to grow my buyrs list of seasoned investors who might wanna do some deals together with me im only a beginner but ima hard worker and i never quit hit me up anytime . thanks!
