Looking for mentors who are willing to take the time with me to establish a business. I do not have a system nor do I have time to do these things by myself. I work from 9-5 Monday - Friday and my weekends are just shot due to the fact of not being able to do anything in the weekdays. I know right now the place to be is in Short Sales and foreclosures. I do not have any money to start up anything I have spent so much and nothing has come about. I am getting a little frustrated because nothing is working for me. I would like to be involved in soo many things such as Commerial Real Estate buying and holding etc. however you need money to make money and that is something that I lack. Where I live there are so many buildings for sale and if I only knew how to do these things I would not have a problem with anything else...Please anyone please help I feel helpless.

Grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY. 29 years old. I have 2 younger sisters. The youngest recently graduated from Binghamton University. The middle sister is a Peace Officer School Safety Guard and two older brothers who are Computer Techs. My mother and father are both originally from the Dominican Republic came here to look for a better life it really has not happened however I would like to change that for them & I know that Real Estate investing is the way to go even though they are skeptical of those things, however, I have been doing a lot of reading, going to a lot of seminars, and taking down notes and I know that that it is the way to go especially now in a Buyer's Market. I live in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, NY with my boyfriend and there is a lot of things going on out here a lot of apartment buildings being sold and a lot of rehabbing etc. Looking forward to becoming successful in the next year or so.
