Well, we didn't sell the house (yet), but it is now residential renter-occupied for 6 months. It's certainly better than nothing, but we would've preferred an outright sale. Since the house in a popular neighborhood and in a highly visible area amongst other homes that have been purchased and utilized by small business professionals, I would love to see it be used for something like that as well - it would be perfect for a small business location that doesn't require customer parking. I have to giggle - Are YOU Ready? is one of the catch phrases for my business (Virtually Ready) and on the way down to St. Pete to paint the exterior of our investment property this past weekend, I saw some billboard action that included the words, We're Ready... but didn't say what for. The Evil Caterpillar
Preview:
Not once but TWICE recently, I have been mysteriously stung by something while gardening at our renovation property (by the way, new before/after pics are up in my photos), once on the ankle and now on my arm. It stings and itches like crazy, but not necessarily right away. Then it swells up. We have identified this stinging culprit and it's a colorful caterpillar complete with "racing stripes" that I had never seen before.
