I'm a native Floridian -- born in Jacksonville and raised in Tampa. I attended college at Howard University in Washington, D.C. and came back to Florida to find a good j-o-b. I worked at a good j-o-b for almost 4 years as a Chemist, but got bored and went back to school to get a Masters at USF. I found a better j-o-b working as an Industrial Hygienist and remained loyal to my boss for almost 10 years.
I then began to get bored again, and I eventually attended a real estate conference put on by the Learning Annex. I bought a few courses from some of the “gurus” and became hooked on real estate. I guess it took me a while to get out of the rat race (or to realize that I was in a rat race), but better late than never!!!
I started up Kingdom Assets, LLC in late 2006 and have been wholesaling single family homes in the Tampa Bay area since. I became a full time wholesaler in 2007. I am now looking to expand into other areas of real estate, including commercial opportunities.
