Has anyone ever been in a job that you absolutely hate? Its not that i hate the company that i work for, i just hate what i do. I have noticed that it is a little harder to get this bisuness going than i originally thought. Being gone all week, its really hard. if i had someone to help out during the week, than it would be a real stress reliever.

contracts
does anyone have a generic "flip" contract? I was told to ask my real estate agent and she doesnt do them. My attorney is taking forever to right one up. I dont think he really wants to. So, if anyone can please help me, i would be forever greatfull.

what a bummer
i went to look at my first potential property. I is a 2 story tri-plex. 2 on bottom and one on top. It was ungodly huge. the deck on top was about to fall. the place was a wreck. it looked to have structural damage. so i passed. all 3 apartments were already rented too, but, i wasnt going to take the risk of someone falling and breaking a leg or something.
what a bummer.
