After 20 years of listing and selling and Building homes, I decided it was time to keep a few of them. I've always been a little slow to catch on but once I do I get moving quickly. I own 2 properties worth a total of $220,000 and bought them both for about $800 out of pocket. I plan on buying more like this and want to expand on to larger investments.
