Let me start by stating who I don't want to meet: Self-centered people, know-it-alls, dream stealer's, those who dwell on the problems rather than being part of the solution, people who never finish what they start, tire kickers, those who are willing to settle for average when excellence is an option, and people who blame others for their failures rather than themselves. If this is you, please do us both a favor. Do not request me as a friend, and do not accept me as a friend.
Now for who I would really like to meet.......$Anyone who still dares to dream, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make their dreams into realities. $All those who strive to do their personal best and be the best. $Those who believe that corporate America does not hold the keys to financial freedom. $Anyone who's tired of working to build someone else's dream home, buy their dream car, or take their family on a dream vacation rather than your own. $Anyone who has a coachable spirit, a never quit mindset, and finishes what they start. $Those who understand true love, the importance of laughter, and that friendship and loyalty go hand in hand. -------If you posses some or all these qualities then we need to talk........

How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in Real Estate in 1999. I didn't know I was in Real Estate until I went to the bank to get a loan and the Banker laughed at me. I wanted a Bed & Breakfast and he said that I had no assests. I had a great business plan, saved up some money, but no assets. So I asked the Banker, "how do I get assets in such a short time?" He explained to me about Real Estate investing and the wealth it could create. Back then, Carlton Sheets was all over late night tv. I listened to his informercials and I borrowed my first real estate system from the library. I didn't understand it at first, so I contacted some people in the real estate industry locally and asked them about the system I had. They didn't have a clue, and I was getting no where. I got so frustrated, put all the books on the shelf and walked away from it. Determined to build my Bed & Breakfast empire, I started talking to Professionals in the Real Estate business. Each one had experience and each one had a story to tell....what they would do different, and what they wouldn't do. At this point, I just realized that I could compile my resources and apply them.
I spent many hours in the local library researching and doing due diligence... along the way, I met many people and learned alot of skills, but nothing prepared me for what I had stumbled upon.... Wholesaling Real Estate. It was simple, buy very low, and sell it very low..... at this point I knew how to sell Real Estate without doing anything but what I already knew how to do.... my due diligence and networking. Oh yes.... I still have my Bed & Breakfast business plan and I intend to use it soon!!!
What area of Real Estate is your expertise?
Wholesaling.....I would wouldn't want to do anything else.
What would you tell someone beginning in Real Estate Investments?
Do your due diligence!!! Educate yourself and never stop learning. The Real Estate Industry changes daily with new laws. Stay in the know!!
What was your hardest deal?
Convincing myself.... I had to keep telling myself that I was in Real Estate. Although my Bed & Breakfast was the reason I was in it, Real Estate Investments was my tools for success. Stay motivated, and remove negativity from your surroundings. No one will understand what you are doing and will try and convince you that you can't. I simply tell them..."Don't tell me I can't do it, until I've already done it!"
What are your future goals?
My future goals is to be farther from where I started. I know it sounds vague, but the sky is the limit for me and I hope that during my journey to success I will meet wonderful people that I can add my expereince to their journey and they can add to mine. One of my favorite people is Author/Motivator- Harvey McKay (Swim with the Sharks) he said " when a person with experience meet a person with money, the person with the experience winds up with the money, and the person with the money winds up with the experience".... I have actually had the experience of meeting a lot of people.
