I bought my first investment property in 1989...and haven't looked back since. I have immersed myself in real estate investing eduction (the good, the bad, and the very ugly), and found my greatest learning came from the wisdom of my mentors.
I have had great success in rehabs, lease-options,short sales, wholesaling and my favorite money-maker: foreclosures. Currently, my focus is on wholesaling as it best suits the market and my lifestyle.

PRIVATE LENDING! As a former mortgage executive and owner of a network of mortgage broker shops across the country, I see the upcoming trend of traditional lending becoming less favorable to investors. The answer is Private Lending. We are slowing become a source for lending, but am still looking for private lending partnerships--especially for commercial deals.
