Nothing profound, I just came across an interesting article in the latest issue of FORTUNE magazine (Sept 17th) entitled "OH, THE PEOPLE YOU'LL BLAME!". Check it out if you get a chance, especially those of you who are mortgage originators and/or appraisers.The article basically grades and places blame on all involved with past real estate transactions.
