How's it going man, thanks for contacting me. I work a second shift so when I came to this site it was around this time of day and it's hard to be online when your half asleep and tired. You have alot going on here, where should I start? I'm very new to this and I am looking to get my start in Real Estate investing. The area is a home owners friendly neighborhood and have a school right across the street and one around the corner.
