Hello all!

My name is Khadija, but people usually call me KJ. I am a 27 year old native Washingtonian that now lives in Alexandria, VA. I joined this site with an extreme interest, love, and drive for real estate investing. I am a very practical girl and work with what works well. Further I can't stand beign confined and have to be doing things that I love to do to live. My love of real estate began long ago as a young(er) person witnessing her father in his construction business turning old shabby homes into beautiful gems. Now that I am older, I realize the value in that exposure, it gave me a love of real estate particularly rehabbing at first, but later on became interested in wholesaling and short sales.

My knowledge of real estate comes from being a Realtor, however as we all know, the real money is in investing! I have a few really great friends who are real estate investors from my DCREIA meetings so I am looking forward to learning from, networking, meeting everyone here!

Currently I am working on wholesaling properties in the Maryland and DC area.I am so thankful for what I have learned and the people I have connected with on this website so far. It has made the difference for me. I am very hardworking, focused and motivated by progress.
