About Me
My Business
My name is Paul White and I have the role of representative and
spokesman for Kiwi Investments LLC. I was raised in a real estate family in New Zealand, and have now been in the same industry for over forty years. I have now lived in Texas for a total of five years and have spent most of that time investing in Real Estate.
I think the most rewarding part is creating a situation where both
parties are happy and relieved with an easy and rewarding business deal.
In case you’re wondering, our name has come from the New Zealand flightless bird, the Kiwi (not the fruit).
We are known as and called “Kiwis”, therefore, our name.

Thank you for the contact and the fact that you are from the manawatu rangitikei, what are great time to be in the property bizo, I have been cutting my teath on three stratigies that I know work well in the US, they are JV facilitation wholesaleing and Master Lease Options, using option contracts, what great property tools. Your questions to me a valid and need some thought however I will give it a go, first relationships are important, these can be with agents to mums and dads whom you cut in on the deals if they find a seller and or a buyer (spotters fees) so if you look at a circle divide it in half then one side into a quarter it could look like this 25% spotter fee for he who find a seller 25% spotter fee for he who finds a buyer and 50% for you the spotter fee can be as you wish. I know you would have your own marketing stratigy in place, regarding following up buyers, the flex option is a tool that enables you to control other peoples property with out owning it, the option gives you the right but not the obligation to buy the property but the key is find oders then go out and fill them in the US market this would work well. NZ is a little slow on finding orders. The key for us here is the need for a good platform like TradeMe where you got buyers and seller on the same plateform. Anyway the seller gives you the option agreement (this preseeds the S&P agreement) then with your buyer you simply assign the deal on you step away from the table with your assignment fee which the buyer pays you. I hope this add value to your portfolio Paul meanwhile the Emeries I know very well
Please keep in touch
Bless you and Kiwibiz
