DQA Investments, Inc. was founded in 2008 by husband/wife team David and Amy King.

Its vision is to teach people the power of leverage and teamwork as a wealth-building strategy.

One means DQA will use to accomplish this vision is to establish training centers designed to assist unemployed and underemployed individuals to learn a trade. Initially, the training will revolve around construction skills. Learning to run the office side of a contracting business will also be available. The training can eventually expand into other fields as the need arises. This will allow the trainees to re-establish themselves as contributing members in society.

These individuals and families can then begin to build financial and emotional wealth and stability. DQA will continue to assist as they obtain a home, establish credit, and work to raise their families to be financially literate. A large part of this additional support will be structured through a not-for-profit corporation.

Time, effort, a network of people, knowledge, and many other resources can all be leveraged. Teamwork is the key. DQA is currently building teams in several target US cities, including: Metro Detroit, Metro Kansas City (Kansas and Missouri), Metro Los Angeles, and Honolulu County, Hawaii.

These teams will purchase, renovate (where necessary), and sell or lease single and multi-family dwellings. Training centers will be funded, in part, by these sales; and homes will also be lease-optioned to qualifying students, so they will be able to own their own homes when they complete their training.
