Hello all!
I am (not by choice) a semi-retired 52 year old! I just had to close the family business that my Dad started in 1963! I started working for my Dad when I was 11 and have done nothing else my whole life (except real estate investment). The reason I closed? The economy got to us plain and simple. So I had to shift gears in what I was planning. I was planning on increasing my real estate holdings while I was running the business.
Now I am a full time investor.
I have several properties (Houses and Commercial) and doing all the land lording myself. I am interested in all forms of real estate investments (holding off on mobile homes and apartment for now).
My first love is buy and hold.
As for my personal life I am married (same lovely lady for 26 years) and have two great kids! One is going to KU and the other in High School.
I am a self-professed work-a-holic and cannot seem to stop (its even hard when I go on vacation).
