Hi! My name is Kelley and I am married to a great guy. I have a little boy name Kyler.

My husband and I work close together in our business venture. He is a Mortgage Broker in all 50 states and I process the loans and move them to a close.  We both also purchase REI, rehab and flip.  Right now we are shifting directions in Land Development.  We don't let any grass grow between our toes!  Loving what we do and always trying to network with other to share the success!

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money. It is a resource I have been using with a greater and greater number of my buyers and clients. So here it is:
