I see you know about R. A. and the Carlton sheets also. I hope I can mimick what you're doing and be successful as you one day. I'm looking for a good assignment contract with clauses in it to cover my back, do you have any examples? Any help is appreciated. I have a package of 11 property's in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. There are 9 SFH and 2 duplexes. The property has a management company in place licensed and bonded. The property are rented except one and rents equal $8345.00 per month. The property are currently and will cash flow. The value (BPO) is $806,525.00 and I will sell for $645220.00 80% LTV. Property need no repairs NO REPAIRS, updated in the last 2 years. I need to sell quick to do another project so need the cash and credit freed up. If interested leave me a note.
