Karim Jaude, your partner in real estate, has founded and operated 19 successful companies in 8 countries. He made his first million by the age of 26 by buying and fixing up distressed properties and businesses.
For the last 40 years, Karim has developed, invested, financed, brokered, managed, and consulted in real estate properties in 8 countries.

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever). It's marketing tracking software for any real estate professional - geared more towards an investor, but anyone that spends money on marketing/advertising could get tremendous value in using it.
