Where do I start? I am currently looking for ugly houses to fix up in the King County, Washington, and San Luis Obispo, CA area. Any condition will do, my contractor can turn trash into treasure very quickly.
I also have access to contacts with BIG money. If you have large, multi-million dollar commercial deals, send them my way!! If we can't get it funded with an end buyer, then it's probably not a deal!

About Me
The past year and a half of my life has been a wild ride to say the least. After much success investing in stocks for three years, I decided to give real estate a shot. I grabbed the bull by the horns and haven't looked back. After partnering in a few rehab deals in California, I decided to start a system in the Western Washington area and will have it up and running soon. I also work with a partner in rehabbing and selling investment properties in Indianapolis. We have a diversified inventory of properties that CASH FLOW, ranging from duplexes to 100+ unit apartment complexes.

Besides all that, a few of my partners and I started a REIA in San Luis Obispo, CA. We have been active for almost a year and boast a member base of over 60 people. Deals are flowing like crazy through the REIA and I am thankful to be working with such great individuals!!
The Central Coast needs a network of like minded investors to work together in order to facilitate the investment process. There is currently no communication network available, which I believe is holding many people back from closing some big $$ deals.
