I currently work as a banker at a community bank in the Barton Creek 78735 area of Austin. I am learning to wholesale real estate part time until I have built some net worth and cashflow to replace my income. Any advice that you may have to help would be appreciated. My real estate experience consists of mainly education and little real world experience. I have read and studied numerous books, articles, seminars, cd's etc... You name it I have probably read it. I am a big fan of Frank McKinney and his books, also Robert Kiyosaki and his cashflow series. Wholesaling is my choice of stategies to begin while gaining experience and building my cash reserves.

There are a number of people here who can provide advice. The key is to ask them (messages, forum posts, blog entries or comments).
Expect people will want to hear about what it is like being on the other side as the banker. That will be a blog story worth telling.
