Hi! I’m John! I work with the Largest REO Company in Indiana, and the Largest Lister of HUD Homes! INDIANA CENTRAL HOMES! I’m new to this to this page. I got an invite from Matt from Columbus, OH. Here for networking and I’m always trying to learn new way to be a better real estate person. All I do is bank properties; I do the BPO's and the marketing for the banks and REO Company. The time I have to spend with someone is not for fighting!! I miss San Diego, some times I think of moving back there! I can hook up with a Real Estate office out there. My interests include my cats, Music, learning to play Bass, movies, sport, working with my hands(I'm a cabinet maker/installer).fishing, wood working simple man-simple needs!!People tell me I'm a funny and easy going guy. Foreclosures continue to decimate markets in cities like Detroit and Las Vegas, but in other places--particularly in the Sun Belt--foreclosures offer a strong buying opportunity. Using data from RealtyTrac, an online aggregator of foreclosure listings, Moody's Economy.com, and our own quality of life and business indexes, we determined which markets present the best buying opportunities in the foreclosure market.

Price change 2006-2007: -0.07%
A 2% foreclosure rate combined with a slow market has produced one of the nation's highest vacancy rates. This market's relatively low median home sale price means the market doesn't have a long way to go before it bottoms out. Still, given the area's inventory glut, sellers--especially those with distressed properties--will likely have to shave more than $6,695 off the price to make a sell.
