 Married to my best friend and we have two terriffic teenagers!  Seriously, they are terriffic!  :~)  Okay, they have their moments, but they really are great! 

I love reading anything that will help me be a better person and help others.   

I love to ride my bike for the exercise and for the enjoyment and mental relaxation.  I love working out (when I stay commited to my schedule) and I love running.  I have done a mini triathalon and a half marathon.  My next hurdle is to complete a full marathon. 

I love to travel and meet new people all over. 

When I'm not on the phones, studying, networking, working out or anything else that pertains to business and family life, I really enjoy watching movies.  I have so many favorites, but off the top of my head I'd have to say "The Matrix", "The Secret", "What The Bleep", the entire Harry Potter Series, "The Chronicles Narnia" (both movies), and "Without Limits".  There are so many more, so if you ever want to talk about movies, let me know!

Some of my favorite books aside from "The Bible" include, "As A Man Thinketh", "A Course In Miracles", "Think and Grow Rich", "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", "Cashflow Quadrant", "The Science of Getting Rich" to name a few.

I really love and enjoy being a mom and I love being able to work from home.  I love spending time with my family and I love hanging out with my husband on the golf course when we can or just going out for a drink with some friends.  I love going on "RAGBRAI" and miss it.  It's been a few years, but for those of you who know what it is, we - The Taylors will be back!!!

I look foward to learning as much as I can about real estate, internet marketing, networking online and how I can give back and help others who are just getting started.

I got involved with real estate investing 3 years ago.  Like a lot of people I came across, I was in a position of no money.  As I was learning, I was fortunate to hook up with another investor who had money, but no time.  He agreed to pay me to do all the work, find the deals, get the team to do the rehab, etc.  This is how I got my experience.  We did 3, almost 4 properties together before he ran out of money himself. 

That experience was priceless for me.  I got paid to learn and learn I did.  I was in Indiana and we were rehabbing properties up in Detroit at the time.  They came out looking great!

Then I was back at square one.  No money, still more bills than money and still not able to close due to lack of money.  Double closings are out in this area.  None of the title companies would touch them.

So, I took my experience and was introduced to an out of state investor who needed someone to oversee her rehabs.  I became a project manager and oversaw the rehab of 3 of her projects with a few more in the works.

Currently, I'm looking for other investors who may be looking to buy some really great deals in the Fort Wayne Indiana area.  I've got the team to get the work done and get the tenants if you have the money.
