About Me
I am a Veteran of the Air Force, I enjoyed my time there. My wife and I got back from our final tour this past Spring. I love helping people out and love to see the faces of people purchasing their first home.
My Business
I am a Realtor so I have access to the MRIS, so I know where a lot of the deals are. I can give real time comps on properties and I know what investors look for. I am also wanting to Rehab some of my own deals so I am always on the look out for some hard money lenders. Plus I will be wholesaling some of my deals as well. Looking for Private/ Hard $$ to invest with Rehabber in Rochester.
We have 28 Rent to own buyers on waiting list, need 85% fundage,
Rehabber wants to kick in 15%. 6 month turn around Return.
