My Take on Real Estate:
I am just getting started in real estate investing with a focus in the Washington Metropolitan Area. After making many mistakes, going broke and in debt working a traditional 9 to 5, I started to research to find a better way of living. I found out about wholesaling in the real estate investing arena. After gaining an understanding of wholesaling I formed my real estate company Carter Investment Group and expect great returns this year.
I believe real estate wholesaling is a great vehicle for anyone interested in learning the real estate business from the bottom up. Or for just creating a additional stream of income and disposable cash flow. As long as there is a customer driven focus for both your buyer and seller creating win-win solution, it is absolutely possible to be successful.
