Currently involved in bulk REO investing. We buy REO properties nationwide and sell them on contract. Once these homes are cash flowing, we make them available to investors as passive real estate investments with a targeted return of 16%.
Bio
I've been actively investing in real estate since the age of 26. I started out buying and selling privately held mortgage notes and have since expanded my knowledge and expertise to encompass the many different creative ways of real estate acquisition and disposition.
I was the former President and Co-founder of Garden State Real Estate Investors Association, a not-for-profit New Jersey based organization which helps new real estate investors get started properly in the world of real estate investing. GSREIA was founded in 2001 and to date has over 750 members. I am also an active coach and advisor to a select few investors who desires to take their investment business to a higher level.
I was a Realtor in the State of New Jersey with Keller Williams Realty and worked mostly investors. I helped clients acquire properties, analyze investment deals and liquidate their properties using many creative strategies.
