Hello and greetings to everyone in the Real Estate Investor community.

I am interested in seriously starting my own RE Investment Group/Partnership to purchase real life properties in Silicon Valley area where I live and work. Since I am already a licensed Realtor in the real estate business, I want to leverage my knowledge and resources as an agent to help me achieve my investing goals. I am looking to purchase cash flow positive properties with good potential for appreciation.
