The last few months I have been crazy busy finding every deal possible in the chicagoland market. I work on a team called the "Chicagoland Foreclosure Experts" as mentioned above and we work with investors and homebuyers to find foreclosures, reo's, pre-foreclosures, and estate sales that make sense. We are constantly searching for price drops talking with the listing agents of short-sales and bank owned propteries to get the inside of where the bank will go. This month has been busy, and already I have 5 properties under contract that all have 100-400k in equity and are roughly 20-30 % under market value.

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money.
