I am a real estate investor who was born and raised in Southern California. I absolutely love wholesaling and although I am always open to any form of investing, wholesaling is definitely my flagship. UPDATE: I am now focusing all of my time and energy on wholesaling REO's. Define being a millionaire. Does it mean having $1M in assets based on some valuation? Does it mean having $1M is liquid cash or cash equivalents? Part of the reason for asking if you cannot reach a goal you cannot define or visualize.
