About Me
I have been both successful and very unsuccessful at real estate.
Wholesaling and flipping were fun while it lasted. Unforutnatly I made some bad deals, tied up wayyyy too much money and had to stop. I could not tell where the bottom was.
I changed dirrections a couple of years ago and decided to work on the side of the banks in property preservation.
My Business
I started Southern REO Services in early 2010, after an unsuccessful partnership.
Our business offers many REO Services on bank owned property. Our services begin at the initial inspection and end when the property is sold. Our goal is to increase the value of the property through quality property preservation.
We begin doing some HUD work. Lots of trashouts and lawn cuts. Our business grew and we ended up at the end of 2010 making decent money.
We begin 2011 in good shape, and look to grow througout 2011.

Finishing up my long day. Been a fight with one of our customers. A larger PP company that hires us to do HUD work for them. They are bastards. Always trying to squeeze us out of earned money. Can't say their name in this forum, but...... they are currently the only PP company in the state of Florida that works with HUD and farms out work to subs throughout the state of Florida. Hmm... wonder who that could be? Their day will come.......
