About Me
A little about me, I came from the corporate business world and traveled/worked until becoming a full time investor 2.5 years ago. With my project management experience I wanted to do something where I had some flexibility and could make money at the same time. With this ever-changing market I have had to different strategies to acquire properties (some worked and some didn't) but I have enjoyed the challenges and learned a lot of valuable information.
I am always learning about ways to acquire real estate and don't mind sharing what I know if it helps someone. I am involved in a local real estate investor group which has been a great networking venue. I have taken a lot of classes and am always looking to educate myself on creative ways to land the next deal.
Since I'm new to REI I look forward to meeting fellow investors.

You will find a great valuable information on this site so make sure to take advantage of them and implement them into your life and business. If you are a beginner I suggest reading some of my blogs on how and where to start your real estate journey and what to look for. If you are advanced make sure you share your experiences in the forums or on your profile.

Enjoy the days - make of them what is allowed, play as hard as you work, don't forget to DO WHAT YOU WANT TO before it's too late even if you could later do it. Old folks who have money and no memories are pretty boring company, so that should NEVER be a goal. Who I am doesn't matter - it's who we BECOME that might one day improve the world, if only by a fraction.
My "Heroes" wear the Unform of the USA, my mentors have been those whose lives have changed the world for the better. Be they good teachers, great Doctors, hard-working scientists, engineers, realtors, lenders, store owners, single Moms/Dads, if their lives somehow improved theirs AND others', I listen carefully to all they have to say
