I'd say the most important thing we learned was about Permits. It seems that this property had a 2nd story lanai (balcony) that was enclosed without a permit. We never would have found this out without our inspector. So today was inspection day at Longboard Properties new property. Our First Deal

Last Thursday (August 2nd, 2007), Longboard Properties LLC entered into its first contract as a real estate solutions company. Its unbelievably exciting.
