To give you a little background we are based out of Los Angeles county area. We are a full service firm dealing with lender/loan servicer negotiations (once the loan already exists). We are not lenders ourselves and choose to focus on what we do best. Our niche market is working with foreclosures but that is the beginning of the end result to homeowners falling behind. We have a large array of programs that we work with in order to help your clients out, regain credit viability, and return to you for refinancing. In fact as we've all seen in the past year the sub-prime (non-conventional) loan market has really dried up. We help those, but not limited to sub-prime, clients that you can not help (30,60,90+ lates) and help them get back on track so that in the future we can send them back your way for a refinance or to assist with the purchase of their next home. We are a full service firm in the fact that we help them find a way to keep their property or on the same token we help them get out of the property by working with/or assigning a realtor. We will at that time, if we come to the point, do the short-sale paperwork or if the property does not sell, we will take care of the application process for a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. All our services are billed to the clients so our products are free to the real estate professionals that they also benefit. We are strictly referral based and do almost no advertising.
