My name is James Pell I live in Tampa,FL I'm a single dad of a wonderful son James Tyler Pell.My son and I have lived here in Tampa Bay since 2001. I love the area and all it has to offer.
I have been in real estate and property management since 1996 now im ready to go to the next level. This not an overnight decision I have put alot of research in this business so I dont go into my future blindly. I look forward to meeting new contacts.

Good luck on your venture sounds exciting - take a good look at the Tampa hotel market fundamentals first (room stock, rates, occupancy, cap rates) to build your operation and exit plan before getting too far into the hard asset building plan. Investors will want to look at the numbers and projections first.
