Real Estate, as you know, goes in 7-8 year cycles. We are at the bottom on the cycle and this is when you BUY !!!
I currently have 165 Ranch parcels in Arizona for sale. They are from 36 to 98 acres each and they run in price from $25,000 to $62,000, with 10% down and Seller financing for 15 years.
I also have 38 parcels in New Mexico, next to the National Forest. They are 3-4 acres and are cabin/home sites, in the ponderosa pines. They run from $48,000 to $62,000 each. Same terms as Arizona properties.
I have a bank that wants to do a "Fire Sale" on a large tract of developable land on the Hawaii Coast. This also includes a $7,700,000 home.
I am working on a $127,000,000 Master Plan Project on that Big Island tract and I am looking for some strong financial partners that understand land development. The partners need to be able to look at the future and be open minded. They need to look at what is coming up and not what has already happened.
