Our program is very simple and works like this:
1. You find a property and put it under contract.
2. Locate an end buyer that will purchase the property from you. The end buyer MUST provide his own financing or pay cash.
3. Schedule the same day closings, in which we will fund the money to the title company after both transactions have signed.
