My name is Gerard Briggs.I have a fulltime J.O.B ,but am tired of the long hours and commute.The first R.E Seminar  I attended was one given by Dave Lindahl on 06/09 in Boston,and to say I was physched after leaving would be and understatement.The energy in the room was contagous.I had already purchased Dave's Apartment House Riches course.Before I left I purchased Than Merrill's Wholesaling Course.Both these courses I highly recommend for beginner or experienced investors.No I don't get a Commission..LOL.

Having had very little knowledge on R.E investing these 2 courses were invaluable.My J.O.B doesn't give me much time to devote to investing,so when Colin's Web 3.0 Program came around I signed up for the Premium Package and that's where I'm at today.Looking forward to working the Program and getting my business off the ground.So I can retire from my J.O.B and do this fulltime.I know it's not easy but I'm hoping the knowledge that's available here will make the journey easier.

I do have an opportunity for Land Developers or Creative Investers--There is a 5 acre parcel of land with a 65 door Motel on the Gold Coast of Long Island,only steps from the beach.This area is among the top 10 wealthiest areas in the Country with the average house averaging $4,000,000.This parcel of land is the last parcel available.

The Town has assessed the property at $4,124,590.And it was appraised at $4,338,000.You could still make a profit with the Motel,but the value is in the land.
