Im a young guy (seems to be what everyone notices first). An investor friend of mine has helped me enter this business and i guess thats about it.

Im out of San Antonio Tx but work both here and McAllen Tx. Im starting in residential and am starting to see opportunities in the commercial side. Im now dabbling a little in apartments... just seems more logical all the way around than renting houses, or lease to own houses.
