Looking For
I am in need of private money to invest in single family houses. The typical deal will include about $15k-$20k needed for repairs. I will be doing subject-to deals and then repairing them quickly and lease optioning them out hoping to sell & cash out within 2 years.
These deals will have a good amount of equity built in from the start.
I would like to set up some money so that I can move quickly when I find the deal. Let me know if you know anyone, or if you are interested yourself.
