Just starting out in the real estate biz after a couple of years of research. I'm in the process of getting my state salesperson license and parlaying that with my real estate business and investments. I'm ready to make a move on a 3 bed 1 bath for 50k for my first residence/future investment property.

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever).
