About ME

My name is Jason.  I grew up in Berkley Michigan, nice little suburb just outside of Detroit.  I just recently got married to a beautiful woman.  She is where most of my passion comes from.  We have a beautiful little girl whose 17months old and a son whos 9 weeks old.  That's where the rest of my passion comes from.

I like investing because there are so many creative ways of making money.  I like to help people, my over all goal is to rebuild the once great city of Detroit.  My grandfather used to tell me stories of great it was I've seen pictures of how it used to look.  I know it's a long journey to go on, but I'm ready, willing, and able.  I want to leave this world a better place then it was when I entered it.

This property is amazing The appraisal came in
@ 3.5 million Which I suggested because it was 3.8MIL. Asking 2,550,000
million there's also approx. a million in antique
artifacts that can be sold or auctioned off without
hurting the appraisal value. I don't see any problems with
some sort of an allowance ($500k) for some updates and or new
decor. It has a total of 14 rooms 4/3.5 blt in 1974 its approx. 12,000 sqft. with a 5000 sqft second garage on 3.5 acres.
