Other Interests
I enjoy racing cars, specially Ford Mustangs. For several years, I autocrossed and participated high-speed driving events at road-courses in my and my girlfriend's mustangs.
My other vice is baseball. My absolute favorite team is the Los Angeles Dodgers. Having grown up in L.A., watching games at Chavez Ravine (aka Dodger Stadium) and listening to Vin Scully, it's a no-brainer that I'm a nut for the Dodgers. Living in FL, I finally realized a childhood dream of attending Spring Training games at Vero Beach, meeting current players and old-time superstars.

About Me
I'm a SW Florida Entrepreneur specializing in Real Estate Investing. I have been building this business since October 2005. Since then, I have completed a number of transactions dealing with buying, selling, wholesaling, lease-options, short-sales, rehabs, subject-to, land trusts, single-family, multi-family, raw land, etc etc etc.

My business is currently focused on wholesaling. We work with all types of properties, from low-income neighborhood rehabs to beautiful mansions on the water. We always negotiate the best price and terms possible, but if the deal (for whatever reason) doesn't fit into our very specific criteria, we make available to other investors.
