Real Estate Investor Home

I am married to a wonderful man who puts up with my craziness, and have one beautiful little girl who is 2 years old.  I keep myself very busy, and sometimes, too busy!  I like the art of the deal and plan to start streamlining my different businesses and focus only on real estate and related activities this year!  I have been involved in real estate investing since 1996, but really only super active in the last year or so with rehabs and flips of my own.

My husband and I have a real estate investment company in WI and we work along with my brother.  I have also organized a REIA club in Green Bay as a place for investors to learn, grow and network.  We focus mostly on rehabs, but also do some wholesale deals.  I have one rental property, but plan to sell it as it is not my main area of focus right now.  I absolutely love real estate and have a ton of fun doing the deals!
