My name is April and investing in real estate is of great interest to me. I have no experience in this industry. I just realize this is something that I wanna do or enjoy doing. We are planning about our soap business when I thought about the the great opportunity to buy a rental property using opm. I believe real estate is a safe investment. I am happy to be part of this community to learn and learn from the experience of other investors. I want to learn as I go along with the process.
I am from the Philippines, I was wondering if there are Filipino investors in here so I can learn real estate investing in Philippine Setting. If you know someone please let me know.
I need a mentor and a system to help me get started.

I appologize. I think I got your name wrong on the last message I had sent you. Unless it is your last name that I used. Please correct me if I got your name wrong.
You had asked me if I am friends with Tim Mai. I don't know him personally as a friend. I have listened in on many of his webinars and I have been on his mailing list for some time now. I have been in contact with his virtual assistants in the Philippeans on a few occasions. I have even purchased one of his Flex Option Programs. So from an educational and communication standpoint I know him and he often talks about his travel and work relations in the Philippean Islands. Like I had mentioned earlier, I would be surprised if he didn't have some REI contacts in your country.
Do you have a Facebook account? I do and I am linked to Tim Mai as a friend out there. That is probably the easiest way of trying to reach him. I know he is very popular and busy in the REI world. If you do have a Facebook account, you can add me also. If you don't and you would like an invite to Facebook I can send you one. Just send me an email address to use in the invite page of Facebook. You could send it to my email address at SPL4361@yahoo.com and I'll link you up if you would like. One of the benefits of Facebook is there are all sorts of groups out there, REI groups included. That could be another method of gathering the information you need for REI. It may also be a good way to promote your Amazing graphic design work or any other business you would like to promote.
Speaking of other business, after reading your "About Me" section again, I see you are also involved in a soap business or planning on that type of business? You are diversified. I think that is a good business approach. Having multiple streams of income is the way to grow. I wish you and yours all the best in what ever business plan you choose to engage in.

In your "about me" section of this page you commented on wanting a mentor for REI in the Philippine Setting. Is this something you are still searching for?
Have you heard of Tim Mai? I believe most investors have. Currently he lives in the U.S. I know he travels to the Philippean Islands often. He hires virtual assistants from there. I don't know if he invests there but I imagine he has a few decent contacts that may be able to steer you in the right direction for REI. Here is one of his email addresses. If you can't reach him this way then I would just look for him out on Facebook.
