I am a young investor who is originally from the Cleveland area and moved to Atlanta area. I have been involved with real estate nearly all of my life since my parents are real estate investors and I have worked with them on their properties. But now I have started my own real estate investment business.
Other than real estate I love music. I love Rap, Rock, R&B, Classical, Jazz etc. I also love to travel. I went to Europe late 2005 and I can't wait to go back. I also am a co-owner in a real estate services company, SASH & Associates Inc.

I have some properties in the Atlanta area that are priced at 30 to 50 cents on the dollar, if you are interested in a rehab I may have something for you. Some properties have tenants but most are vacant. Don't be a stranger!
