About Me

I began real estate investing in August of 1984. After reading half of Robert Allen's "Nothing Down" book, I bought a two unit for $2000 down. In January of 1985 I came across Wade Cook who wrote "How To Build A Real Estate Money Machine" and began using his system and went full time in May of 1988.

I now only flip properties for large profits and have begun to offer my services to partners nationwide. We also do loan mods on rentals and personal residences plus debt settlement.

I formed KIM-LAR, INC. in April of 1992 which is a Nevada corporation and run several endeavours thru it, including flipping houses, loan mods for rentals and debt settlement.
