Matt is a successful real estate investor as co-founder and CEO of Hybrid Homes LLC in Columbus, Ohio. He started out helping his father take care of his investment properties at the age of 15 by doing minor repairs, some accounting, and helping manage them. While acquiring this firsthand experience, he studied real estate investing books and attended workshops learning how to streamline his business.
