Thanks for welcoming me to the network. I appreciate your socially responsible outlook on investing. I would like to catch the trends in new energy technologies and its convergence with changes in construction in the next 10 to 15 years when all the people needed to make happen come together.

15m Short Term loan needed to secure land on Insurance Wrap Fund
Does anyone have ANY information on wrap insurance deals or investors that deal with will lend against one that is waiting for funding as we speak?? Any help would be appreciated.............Thanks!! I have a project that the insurance binder is worth 148m that is waiting for funding as we speak on a private platform. I am looking for a group that will lend against it on a short term quickly to secure the land no later than January 4th. Principles of the project are willing to give 15-20% ownership in return for financing and repayment in full 30-60 days out.
