My Business
I started out alittle over a year ago in the Private Note market. But with the way the market has been, selling FSBO notes has become hard. Sellers are just wanting too much, which is understandable. Who really wants to lose their money, right?
So my partner and I started researching the REOmarket. We linked to several sources and have had some success, this too is a tough industry. Product is not the problem, but getting the documents needed to complete sales has been the challenge, thanks to all the misrepresentation and Falsehoods looming everywhere.

Hello, my name is Terry and I am trying to unload bulk reo's from my friends list. These reo's are directly from the bank and as you know they request POF from any buyer and from that point they will send the docs and get the ball rolling. I was wondering if you truly have buyers to fit this? Thanks

Hello All-
I am looking for contacts for REO sellers. I have several now but would like to expand my sourse base to offer faster service.
The buyers I work with are very serious, but hesitant when it comes to providing information. It has been a battle to gain their trust, so I do what I can to protect it.
I am an intermediary with permission to speak directly to the buyers. This saves so much time when following up on an order or when I need information, I can get it directly from the buyer.
I am looking for a source who requires minimal paperwork, and can put the buyers in direct contact with the person who has authority to sell the product or is the actual seller themselves.
