Real Estate Investor Home

         Full time entrepreneur, Real Estate is my main passion. I buy at least 1 house a week. I then fix it up an lease option it. I lease option out all of my homes and I love it. Last year (2007) my partners and I bought & rehabbed 53 single family homes.   We buy ugly houses and make them the best looking homes on the block. We then find deserving tenants and give them opportunity to achieve the American dream of home ownership. We currently hold 85+ homes with a total value of over 10 million. Our goals for 2008 are to purchase 60+ houses and double our monthly cashflows.  

          I am happily married and the proud father of the cutest little 3 year old + one more on the way. I enjoy being a husband and a father. My passions outside of work include Soccer, Snowboarding, Skateboarding, Surfing, kayaking, hanging out with friends and family, anything that includes laughing and smiling.

          I still hold the first few rentals I bought, and a few years ago my wife and I bought a small hotel on the beach in Argentina. Hands down the best investment decision I have ever made. We timed the markets and economy right and on top of that it feels pretty good to vacation at your own place for free and leave with a suitcase full of money.

         I would love to write a book about real estate someday. I used to want to Retire by 40 - or at least have the freedom to not work, but I'm finding I really love this line of work, maybe ill just take longer vacations when I'm over the hill.  Own a few more vacation properties. Drive a lambo. Have a maid. Own a lake front property. Drive an RV across and all around the U.S.  &  Europe.   Finish the Iron man in Hawaii. Swim the English channel. Fly a balloon around the world. Make money in my sleep.
